FC210 Ambercoat is an advanced Modified Polyurethane coating system. A plural component coating system that provides corrosion protection for cathodically protected steel metal. Its high abrasion resistance coupled with outstanding adhesion and water impermeability make it a superior choice for steel protection.
CEL-375 is a two component, 100% solids Epoxy coating system which may be applied directly to steel. It exhibits excellent adhesion and immersion service properties, and provides full resistance to cathodic disbondment.
FC-620 is a two-component coating system that provides outstanding gloss and colour retention. FC-620 is used in conditions that require resistance to Ultraviolet radiation as well as high abrasion and mechanical protection.
ICAT-IST EPOXY 395 PW
ICAT-IST EPOXY 395 PW is an extended pot-life epoxy coating system that is applied by conventional airless spray equipment. ICAT-IST EPOXY 395 PW provides excellent protection to cathodically protected steel pipe and is meets the criteria of NSF-61 for potable water up to temperatures of 60 C.
LS 2001 “LiquiSleeve”
LS 2001 is a two component, 100% solids epoxy field joint lining system which may be applied directly to steel and polyethylene at low temperatures. It exhibits excellent adhesion to steel and polyethylene when applied with ICAT Surface treatments to give resistance to cathodic disbondment from the steel, and peel resistance from the polyethylene.
FC-556H High Molecular Weight Epoxy is designed for immersion service in temperatures up to 150ºC (300ºF) and dry service in temperatures up to 200ºC (400ºF). FC-556H High Molecular Weight Epoxy allows applications to be performed in difficult conditions that require fast turn around time.
Ambercoat 2L is comprised of two chemically bonded layers. The base layer is a hard corrosion resistant base-coat that provides high adhesion to the substrate. The top layer is a flexible, impact, and abrasion resistant membrane that is chemically bonded to the base-coat. This system provides a seamless coating system that eliminates the problem of field joint protection.
CEL 400 HRVI
CEL 400 HRVI High Molecular Weight Ceramic Epoxy Novolac coating system is a plural component coating system that provides corrosion protection for steel pipe and tanks in harsh chemical service Its high abrasion resistance coupled with outstanding adhesion and chemical impermeability make it a superior choice for pipe and tank protection. CEL-400 HRVI has superior chemical resistance to acid and alkali conditions.
